Welcome to QingFu. Please read these terms before using the app. Using the app indicates your agreement to these terms.

1. The service

QingFu is a personal diet and digestive-symptom log. It helps you record meals, bowel movements and symptoms, and use AI to estimate possible FODMAP and irritant ingredients in your food.

2. Medical disclaimer

The app is for personal logging and educational reference. It does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment advice or health measurements.

• AI results cannot replace advice from a qualified physician, dietitian or other healthcare professional.
• FODMAP estimates use general ingredient information. Individual responses differ, and photographs cannot measure FODMAP content.
• Consult a qualified healthcare professional about digestive conditions or persistent or severe symptoms.
• In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

You are responsible for decisions you make based on your records or the app's output.

3. Your responsibilities

Use the app lawfully for personal logging. Do not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content, attempt to compromise the service, or interfere with other users. Keep your account information secure and contact us if you notice unusual account activity.

4. Intellectual property

The app's design, code, icons and content, excluding AI-generated analysis text, belong to the developer and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify or distribute app materials without permission.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You permit us to process that content only as needed to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Service changes and interruptions

We may update, change or discontinue service features, interrupt service for maintenance, and restrict accounts that violate these terms. We will try to give advance notice of significant changes.

6. Limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available without guarantees of continuous service or accurate outputs. The developer is not responsible for losses arising from use of the app or reliance on its content, including third-party AI outputs. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the app indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. We will first try to resolve disputes through discussion; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory law.
